Compact Environmental will offer the following environmental services:
- Conducting search & review of site historical activities to identify their potential for contamination. This site review generally in industry known as Phase1 Investigation and performed as per relevant guidelines.
- Conducting preliminary site investigation (PSI) as per AS4482.1-1997 and reporting which normally comprise phase1 investigation and limited soil and groundwater sampling and assessment from identified locations with potential contaminations (hot spots).
- Conducting detailed site investigation (DSI) as per AS4482.1-2005 and EPA publications which normally conducted to reveal contamination status of soil and groundwater at site.
- Conducting due diligence environmental site assessments and reporting.
- Conducting pre-purchase environmental site investigation.
- Conducting soil and groundwater investigation for the purpose of a Statutory Environmental Audit as per EPA guidelines.
- Conducting water quality assessment and monitoring as per relevant guidelines and EPA publications.
- Conducting aquifer testing (e.g. slug test, pumping test, etc) for the purpose of providing hydrogeological data for site assessment and monitoring.
- Conducting groundwater sampling and groundwater monitoring over time.
- Supervising soil & groundwater boring and installation for the purpose of environmental site investigation and site contamination delineations.
- Conducting phase separated hydrocarbon (PSH) assessment, identification and monitoring over time.
- Soil insitu and soil stockpile classifications for offsite disposal purposes in accordance with EPA Publication 448.3.
- Organising underground storage tank (UST) removal and conducting soil validation sampling in the vicinity of UST and reporting.
